How to get MAC address in Windows:

Click on 'Start' to open the menu. Then click on 'Run...'.

In the new window that opens up, enter 'cmd' and hit the Enter key. You will see a command prompt window with black background.

In that window type the following command:

 

ipconfig /all

 

In the output of the above command, look for a line that says: Physical Address

There is a series of numbers and letters that you should write down in order to fill out the license form.

It should look like '00-1F-4F-FF-FF-A8'
